The holistic science of Yoga provides benefits at all levels: physical, mental and spiritual. Considering the current situation, we will focus this workshop on the immune system. It will include body work (Asanas), breathing exercises (Pranayama), as well as mental practices (relaxation, meditation) focused on reinforcing and harmonizing this system.
Likewise, believing yoga as a lifestyle that includes nutrition, rest, hygiene, etc., we propose a healthy Brunch to finish.
